My name is Shelley Allen and I am a 25 yr. Siemens employee. I just fielded a call from a Siemens customer in Wisconsin. She has a small Gigaset 8825 which performed well for a few years. She then had to replace the unit.....this was done through a company called Consumer Priority Services located in New Jersey (800-905-0443). They indicated that the replaced system was a "NEW" Gigaset....however, it is not and currently has a a greeting embedded into the system that belongs to the original owner.....she has nobody who will help her!!!!
