Mr President get ready for your new helicopter! While George W. Bush is not allowed to run for a third term because of the US constitution to get a shot at it, the next president of the United States is a lock for showing up on the White House lawn in this new ride. The Marine One VH-71 will finally go into service in 2009. The first test flight was in Yeovil, England this past July. 14 passengers may enjoy the ride. The heli is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, high-speed communications suite (unfortunately no Siemens Gigaset device is planned yet...;), sound and vibration reduction and missile protection. The new choppers have a 560 km range, in comparison to the current 160 km of the VH-3Ds.
