I have a gigaset sx763 supplied from a voip company .
The internet and voip works very well but when I insert the jack
adsl into the filter of the phone plug my traditional phone line
stops to work! The line becomes dumb. Why?

SX763
I need service username and password to access my router.
================================================
I was interrupted by blackout in a midle of my FW upgrade.
Now when I press reset shortly (less than 5 sec.) and then 3 times fast - after that point I can connect ethernet cable and access 192.168.2.1 (even without pinging)
On this point my SX763 asking me username and password.
Anybody could help me to finish flashing my SX763 ?

Thank you and regards,
kljoki

Generaly speaking you put the filters only to your fixed phones
not to your router
It is enough to put ADSL port of your router to the wall and it will work perfectly.
