José Costa e Silva (48) is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the executive management team of Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices GmbH & Co. KG (SHC) since August 1, 2008. Before moving to SHC, José Costa e Silva was Head of the Services Business Unit of Nokia Siemens Networks. Mr. Costa e Silva has many years of international experience and speaks German, Portuguese, English, French and Spanish. In addition to his engineering degree from the Technical University of Munich, he also earned a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Thomas Kresser, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), SHC
Thomas Kresser (45) leads as CFO of the global business Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices since October 2005. Since 2002 Thomas Kresser had already been responsible as the commercial manager for CPE division’s line of business. And for three years before that he was in charge of the same position at Siemens Mobile Telephones. The commercial manager (Dipl. Industrie Kaufmann) possesses a long experience in the telecommunications and IT sector and was operative in the USA, Portugal and Switzerland. Before his change to Siemens he was on the board of directors at Swatch Telecom AG.

Jochen Eickholt, Member of the Executive Management, SHC
Jochen Eickholt (44) is member of the executive management team of the global business Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices as of 1 st May 2006. Eickholt’s career at Siemens started in 1999, when he became CEO and Managing Director of Siemens Elektropristroje Trutnov in the Czech Republic . He was in charge of various functions for Infineon, Siemens A&D and Siemens Electromechanical Components. Following this he took up the position of Head of Supply Chain Management at Siemens ICM Cordless Products with additional responsibilities for marketing and sales. After his position as Head of Supply Chain Management Devices at Siemens Com Jochen Eickholt became Member of the Board of BenQ Mobile in October 2005 and took charge of the BenQ Mobile Product House. From May 2006 to July 2008 Eickholt was CEO of SHC. Eickholt studied Communications Engineering and holds a Doctorate in Production Technology from Fraunhofer Institute, Aachen (Germany)
