I have noticed a very easy and efficient way of getting the VoIP provider details on the S685 IP phone. If the user subscribes to sipgate - a German provider, they can give a screen shot of exactly what to enter. This includes exact user name password and all other settings. I think this is brilliant. Sipgate is not as cheap as a Betamax provider, but they do give excellent customer service.
